Acquisition of largest retail-office mixed used commercial property in Vermilion County, IL with over 185,000 sq ft of building space outside of the Vermilion County, IL. We are acquiring the property on June 1st, 2023. This mixed-use development site will be refurbished. We are actively working with city officials to incorporate any redevelopment ideas with the city’s plans for the riverfront development. We will upgrade the exterior landscaping and parking lot with hopes to increase foot traffic and sales for our retail tenants. We expect to develop an out lot for a national franchise, and market the 24,000 sq of vacant retail space to national tenants in 2023.
